The Sun Bae Taekwondo Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Sun Bae Taekwondo Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS Sun Bae Taekwondo reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Sun Bae Taekwondo Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Sun Bae Taekwondo Web Site.

Sun Bae Taekwondo has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Sun Bae Taekwondo reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Sun Bae Taekwondo reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
Sun Bae Taekwondo reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Sun Bae Taekwondo's sole discretion.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION Sun Bae Taekwondo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Sun Bae Taekwondo Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. ENTRANCE FEE The Entrance Fee is a lifetime joining fee and is not refundable. All students are offered a two week free unlimited tryout before the Entrance Fee is payable. No participation in the club beyond the two week free tryout is permissible until the Entrance Fee has been paid. Note that the Entrance Fee also includes the first year's Annual Fee. ANNUAL FEE The Annual Fee is renewable on or before 31 March each year and is not refundable. For further information in relation to the

PERIODICAL TRAINING FEE The Training Fee is payable either per calendar month or per calendar quarter and is due on or before the training period commences. No training is permissible until the Training Fee has been paid. Note that the Training Fee also includes Colour Belt (Gup) Gradings at no extra cost for both Taekwondo and Hapkido. Paying per calendar quarter includes a substantial discount generally equal to a free month. The Training Fee is not refundable, however if you have suffered a serious injury which prevents you from training, you may apply to the Club Instructor for an extension of training time, which is granted only at the discretion of the Club Instructor. ONLINE SHOP PURCHASES Only Sun Bae members may purchase items from the online shop. A log-in and password are required. Refunds can be issued prior to the delivery of the item. Once the item has been delivered and and accepted , there are generally no refunds. In the case of faulty items (due to manufacturer error), they can be exchanged. Online purchases are delivered to your Club Instructor and can be collected at your normal training centre, usually within one to four weeks of purchase (if in stock).
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & TIME FRAMES Only Sun Bae members may purchase our online products. Any products which may be listed for sale within our online shop will be delivered to your training location or Training Centre. Collection of such, or any enquiries, should be referred directly to your Club Instructor. Items which are in stock will be delivered usually within a one to four week period.
OTHER POLICIES Child Protection Policy
